Experience what it feels like to jump off a plane without actually jumping off one! Feel the rush of skydiving inthis free-fall flight inside of a wind tunnel.

iFLY Orlando is an indoor skydiving facility that makesthe dream of flight a reality in a non-threateningenvironment. They offer two 1-minute sessions of free-fall flight time per admittance. No experience is necessary. Included are asmall group training session with a accreditedinstructor, plus one-on-one training and the required gear.

The entire iFLY experience takes about 75 minutes from start to finish. All flyers will receive a certificate of achievement for their first flight. Additionally, iFLY will also shoot videos and take photos of the flight, and made available for purchase, along with other iFLY merchandise.

Reservations are required. Please call the local operator to schedule your flight time. Your booking is not confirmed until then.

Located south of Orlando, Florida, is a 110-acre theme park and wildlife preserve known as Gatorland.

It was founded in 1949 by Owen Godwin, and it features alligators and crocodiles, an observation tower and a breeding marsh, reptile shows, a petting zoo, a swamp walk, an aviary and educational programs. Here, nuisance gators are rescued from trappersthat would kill them for their meat.

There is a road show offeringactivities like alligator wrestlingand an educational lecture. Additionally, there is a Florida snakes exhibit, with indigo snakes, rattlesnakes, and cottonmouths. The park is also notedfor its leucistic alligators.

The Gatorland Express, which first opened in 1961, is a 2 foot narrow gauge railroad attraction within the park. It is believed to be the oldest amusement attraction in Central Florida. The original locomotive retired in 2000 and it was put on display, and a new locomotive began operation the following year. Before2011, it was the only non-animal-related attraction in Gatorland. There is an additional fee to ride the railroad.

Zip line ride

In 2011, Gatorland added a new zip line which was to travel pasta pool of alligators and past several of the existing attractions. The ride is about1,200 feet long, somestories high and for riders over3 feet tall.

Gator Spot

Gatorland opened Gator Spot in 2015, at the Fun Spot America Theme Parks. Itallowed Gatorland to extend their brand to the I-Drive tourist area. Here visitors are able to feed and take photos with the alligators. The star of the attraction is Bouya, a white leucistic alligator with blue eyes.

The Breeding Marsh area of the park was used in the filming of the 1984 movie Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom, starring Harrison Ford.

Gatorland is only 11 miles from Orange County Convention Center and just about 9 miles to Walt Disney World Resort.

The next theme part to open was Epcot, in1982. The sixth most populartheme park in the world is represented by a geodesic sphere, Spaceship Earth, which is an attraction itself.

Epcot is divided into two main themed areas: Future World and World Showcase.

Future World is made up of several buildings that explore advanced applications in technology and science, with each building offering individual attractions. Future World is alsothe park’s main entrance.

World Showcase is an area similar to a permanent world’s fair containing 11 buildings, with each building dedicated to representing a specific country.

3-Disney’s Hollywood Studios

This one came next, and it was designed to focus on the magical side of Hollywood. Disney’s Hollywood Studios is divided into six themed areas:

Hollywood Boulevard, inspired by the street in Los Angeles, is the park’s main entrance.
Echo Lake, inspired by the real location of a similar name, includes three major attractions based on characters and films created by George Lucas. Muppets Courtyard is themed to The Muppets franchise. Pixar Place is devotedto moviesand characters that were created by Pixar Animation Studios. Animation Courtyard is next. This attraction is based on moviescreated by Disney Animation Studios. At the entrance, there is a square “studio arch.” Lastly, there isSunset Boulevard, which is inspired by a real location. 4-Disney’s Animal Kingdom

In 1998, Disney’s Animal Kingdom, a zoological theme park, opened at the Walt Disney World Resort. Itis dividedinto six themed areas. The main entrance to the park is The Oasis, with the principal paths leading furtherinto the park, and to Discovery Island.

1-Discovery Island is in the center of the Discovery River waterway and inthe middleof the park. It is the focalpoint which connects the other areas of the park.

2-Africaisset in afictional African port villagenamed Harambe. This is one of the original areas of the park where you will see animal exhibits. This village is the namesake of the Harambe Wildlife Preserve.

3-Rafiki’s Planet Watch, Guests takea train ride to seecotton-top tamarins and to learn how to protect this endangered species. You’ll get a glimpse of the behind-the-scenes into Disney’s Animal Kingdom’s animal care facilities. There is a petting zoo outside with sheep, goats, and other domestic animals.

4-Asia opened in 1999 and it was the first expansion added to Disney’s Animal Kingdom.It is set in a fictional kingdom named Anandapur. Expedition Everest is the center point of Asia. This is a roller coaster which goes through the Mountain of the Himalayas. Kali River Rapids is close by. It takes you along the Chakranadi River through a rainforest, past an unlicensedlogging operation and down a waterfall.

5-DinoLand U.S.A. has a theme of dinosaurs and extinct prehistoric life. The area is made strongerby the Dino Institute, a phonypalaeontological facility which is home to a somberthrill ride featuring a chillingjourneythrough time to the Late Cretaceous Period.
